中华城A栋超限高层结构设计

张达生,杨竞,贺诚(中信建筑设计研究总院有限公司,武汉 430014)[摘要]中华城A栋为一栋涉及多种业态的超高层建筑,复杂的建筑功能导致建筑结构多项规则性指标超限,设计针对建筑结构的超限情况采取相应处理措施,较好地解决建筑功能与结构规则性之间的矛盾。采用基于性能的设计方法进行超限高层的抗震设计,实现“小震不坏,中震可修,大震不倒”三水准抗震设防目标。[关键词]超限高层;结构体系;性能目标;延性;静力弹塑性中图分类号:TU398文献标识码:A文章编号:1002-848X(2012)09-0035-04Structure design of an out-of-codes high-rise building in Chinese CityZhang Dasheng, Yang Jing, He Cheng(CITIC General Institute of Architectural Design and Research Co., Ltd., Wuhan 430014, China)Abstract: The building A in Chinese City project is an out-of-codes high-rise building with a variety of formats, and the complex architectural function leads to a number of structural regularity indexes out-of-codes. According to this situation, reasonable treatment measures were taken during structure design, and the contradiction between architectural function and structural indexes was solved. Performance-based design method was used in structural seismic design of the building A.
