［摘要］中华城A栋为一栋涉及多种业态的超高层建筑，复杂的建筑功能导致建筑结构多项规则性指标超限，设计针对建筑结构的超限情况采取相应处理措施，较好地解决建筑功能与结构规则性之间的矛盾。采用基于性能的设计方法进行超限高层的抗震设计，实现“小震不坏，中震可修，大震不倒”三水准抗震设防目标。

Abstract: The building A in Chinese City project is an out-of-codes high-rise building with a variety of formats, and the complex architectural function leads to a number of structural regularity indexes out-of-codes. According to this situation, reasonable treatment measures were taken during structure design, and the contradiction between architectural function and structural indexes was solved. Performance-based design method was used in structural seismic design of the building A. The results show that the structure system can meet the requirements of no-damage under light earthquake, repairable under medium earthquake, and no-collapse under strong earthquake.
