广场地下商场逆作法施工与设计

[摘要] 某广场地下商场共两层,建筑面积1. 968万m2(2×120m×82m),四周均是交通繁忙的城市交通主干道,经充分论证认为,采用逆作法施工最安全可靠,综合经济指标也最好。采用预应力管桩作施工期支撑的中心柱,只有传统的型钢格构柱/灌注桩造价的1/4 ~1/5,施工速度快6~8倍,压桩不造成环境污染,有很好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract: A underground department store under square is two stories with area of 19680m2,  surround which there are the busy arterial roads. Through argumentation adequately, the top-down construction method is considered to be the most safe, reliable and best in complex economic criteria. The prestres spipe pile is applied for central post during construction period, and the cost is only l/4 t0 1/5 0f the traditional steel tube structure or filling pile, while the construction schedule is 6~8 times quicker, also the jacked pile will not cause environmental contamination, so the top-down construction method has very good economic and social benefits.
