达旗广场S5#楼基础设计

(中国建筑设计研究院,北京 100044)[摘要] 介绍了高层主楼与多层裙房连体结构的基础设计。为了实现桩基规范中提到的调平设计,一方面通过适当增强主楼基础刚度,减弱裙房基础刚度,减小两者之间沉降差异;另一方面对于高层框一筒结构主楼,通过调整内筒及外框筏板下桩距,实现变刚度,减弱了碟形沉降效应,基础各项计算参数均满足设计规范。在桩筏基础计算中,考虑了上下部结构的共同工作,所得计算结果更符合实际。在运用文克勒模型计算桩筏基础时,通过合理选取基床刚度系数,可使内力、沉降计算结果更接近实际,从而简化设计,同时节省材料。

Foundation design of S5# building in Daqi Square

Abstract: The foundation design of a connected structure between a tall bLulding and a multi-storey building was introduced. The settlement differences was reduced by increasing the foundation stiffness of the main building and wakening the foundation stiffness of the annex. In order to reduce the disk-shape settlement distribution, the pile spacing of core tube and extemal frame was adjusted. The optinuzation design was aclueved and the calculation of the foundation can meet the design code. In the calculation of the foundation, the interaction of superstructure-foundation-pile-soil was analyzed, the results was more realistic. When using WENKLER model to calculate the foundation, the stiffness coefficient of subgrade should be logical selected, wluch can simplify the design and save the materials.
