[摘要] 盛世新天地2#楼工程基底下卵石持力层中夹有3~5m厚的性质不良的粉质黏土，经承载力及变形验算可知，不符合相关规范的要求，需要处理。对地基采用级配砂卵石换填和筏板下桩基两种方案处理后的沉降及造价进行了比对，并给出了结果。

Abstract: The bearing stratum exists a bad quality cam-clay wluch is about three to five meters thick. It is bearing capacity and deformation can not satisfy the technical code, so the ground is required treated. The settlement and project cost of the two methods - changing and filling with sandy gravel or the piles were compared, and the final result was given.
