(1 建设综合勘察研究设计院有限公司,北京 100007;2 同济大学,上海 200092)[摘要] 球型钢支座作为一种不可替代的节点连接装置,其具有传力可靠、转动灵活、承载力高、允许位移量大的优点,使节点受力情况与理论计算图式相符合,目前在我国大跨度空间钢结构中得到了广泛应用。对球型钢支座的构造、工作原理、类型及选用、设计依据、有限元分析、安装维护、工程应用等进行了概述和总结,为球型钢支座工程设计和应用提供参考。

(1 China Institute of Geotechnical Inverstigation and Surveying, Beijing 100007, China; 2 Tongji University, Shanghai 200092, China)Abstract: Spherical steel bearings as one kind ofirreplaceable joint connection devices have the advantages of transfemng force reliably, rotating smoothly, high bearing capacity, larger allowable deformation capacity and making the joint mecluuucal behavior accordance with theoretical calculation model. Therefore, spherical steel bearings have been widely applied in large-span spatial steel structures. Main aspects of spherical steel bearings were summarized and discussed, such as configuration, working principle, types and adoption, design basis, finite element analysis, installation and maintenance, project application of spherical steel bearings. Furthermore, reference for design and adoption of spherical steel bearings could be provided.
