钢框架改进型节点受力性能对比研究

[摘要] 采用ABAQUS软件将翼缘加强狗骨型节点与普通型节点、狗骨型节点、腹板开孔型节点进行对比分析,研究单调荷载作用下的受力性能和低周循环荷载作用下的抗震性能。结果表明:翼缘加强狗骨型节点在塑性铰外移的同时承载力比狗骨型节点和腹板开孔型节点高,梁端翼缘焊缝处应力比腹板开孔型节点与狗骨型节点降低更为明显,比普通型节点降低约90/0,能有效地缓解梁柱节点处的应力集中,减小因焊缝质量不高引起的脆性断裂概率,延性系数比普通节点、狗骨型节点、腹板开孔型节点分别高27%,6.5%,14.3%,在保证承载力下降较小的情况下具有更好的变形能力,在实际工程中值得推广。

Comparative study on mechanical behavior of modified connections of steel frame

Abstract: Using ABAQUS,widen flange-dog bone connection( WFD) ,ordinary connection( BASE), reduced beam section connection( RBS)  and opening in beam web connection( OBW) were compared. The mechanical properties under a monotonic loading and the aseismic behaviour under a cyclic loading of four connections were researched. Numerical analyses indicate that the bearing capacity of WFD connection is better than RBS connection and OBW connection while plastic lunge shift-away also. The stress in WFD connection weld area decreased greater than OBW connection and RBS connection, and lower than BASE connection 9%. The WFD connection can ease the stress concentration and reduce the probability of brittle fracture caused by bad welding quality. The ductility coefficient of WFD connection is greater than BASE connection, RBS connection and OBW connection 27%, 6.5%, 14.3% respectively, and has better deformability while bearing capacity reduced less. In practical engineering, WFD connection is worth promoting.
