浅谈热风炉系统钢结构设计

[摘要] 随着我国钢铁工业的快速发展,大型的高炉越来越多,本文对炼铁工程中高炉配套的热风炉钢结构的炉壳、钢框架、管道三大部分设计内容及计算方法分别进行了阐述。针对热风炉炉壳结构特点及受力状况,运用多种方法进行比较来确定热风炉炉壳的厚度,对钢框架采用框架.支撑体系的计算方法进行了分析,对管道和支架的布置及受力进行了总结,以期对工程设计人员有所帮助。

Introduction of steel structure design of hot-blast stove system

Abstract: With the fast development of the steel industry in our country, more and more large blast fumaces come into existence. It gives an introduction of the design contents and calculation method of the three parts consisting of the fumace jacket in steel structure of the hot-blast stove, the steel frame and the tunnels in constructing the hot-blast stove system in ironmaking projects. With regards to the structure characteristics and the pressure status of the hot blast fumace, it makes comparison between different solutions to work out the thickness of the blast furnace jacket, analyses the shape and connection method of the steel frame, and analyses the installation and pressure status of the frame and sUucture. It is expected to be helpful to the project designer.
