All of 28 concrete columns in the third storey were damaged. In order to dismantle and replace the damaged columns, the method of the replacing grounting materials was adopted. So a 20.9m high decompression steel-frame should be designed to jack up the part above the third storey, after the replacing grounting materials reached the design strength then put them down the part above the tlurd storey. How to deal with the features of the antique building structure during the design of decompression steel-frame and the aftershocks' influences in the course of upbearing and replacement were focused on. It accumulates experiences for decompression of antique building.
