[摘要] 单元式钢结构工业化住宅体系是一种新型多高层工业化住宅技术，其主要特点为：由标准构件组成基本单元，若干基本单元和铺助单元组合成不同的住户单元，若干住户单元和辅助单元组成一个住宅单元，再由若干住宅单元组成一幢住宅建筑，并同时形成钢框架受力体系；结构体系和内装体系相分离（SI住宅）；实现设计标准化、生产专业化和施工简单化(工业化住宅3S)。主要从体系研发背景、设计原理与体系构成、新技术应用及工程实例等几方面对该工业化住宅体系的特点和推广应用前景作了介绍，并就体系系统研发对住宅产业化发展的重要性作了一定的探索。

Research and application of modular multi-tall steel industrialized housing system

Abstract: The modular steel industrialized housing system is a new type of multi-tall industrialized housing technologe. The design principle is:a basic unit formed with standard components, basic units and auxiliary units combined into different household unit, number of household units and auxiliary uruts comprising a residential unit, and several residential units consisting of a residential building, and at the same time the steel frame stress system formed. This system adopts the structure system and interior system phase separation( SI residential)  residential technology, and realizes the design standardization, specialization of production and construction of simple (industrialized residential 3S). The system characteristics and application prospects were introduced from the background of system research,design principles and system composition, new technology application and engineering examples. The importance of systenuc research to the development of residential industrialization was explored then.
