南阳机场航站楼钢屋盖支撑卸载分析

[摘要] 南阳机场航站楼钢屋架工程采用高空散装的方法,屋面采用复合波纹板式结构,钢屋架设计最大跨度36m。屋盖结构施工过程中,设置了四组格构柱作为临时支撑,支撑体系的设计、施工以及卸载方法是南阳机场航站楼钢结构工程的关键。介绍了钢屋架支撑体系的选型设计、卸载施工过程,并针对施工卸载的三种工况的对比计算分析了结构在卸载过程中的受力变化。卸载实施结果证明整套施工技术是成功的,可以为今后类似工程的施工参考借鉴。

Unloading analysis for steel roof of terminal building of Nanyang Airport

Abstract: High-altitude spread operation method was adopted in the terminal building of Nanyang Airport. The roof is composed with composite corrugated plate structure, while the largest span of the supporting frames of the roof is 36m. During the construction process of the steel roof, four groups oflattice columns acted as the temporary braces are set up. The design, construction of the brace system as wella8 the unloading construction are the key processes of the steel roof. Design of the brace system, unloading process and the analysis of the unloading case were introduced. The practice of the unloading tecluuque is reasonable and practical and this provides a reference for the analogous construction in the future.
