[摘要] 国家体育馆改造工程是对原结构拆除部分钢骨混凝土梁和钢骨混凝土柱，并对拆除结构的周边区域进行加固。为保证结构在拆除过程中的安全，进行了全过程的变形和应力监测，并分析了结构变形和应力监测结果。监测结果表明变形和应力都在合理的范围内，国家体育馆改造成功。

Study on monitor of transformation of National Stadium

Abstract: The project of transformation of National Stadium is to demolish part of steel reinforced concrete beams and columns, and strengthen the regions where the structures were demolished. In order to ensure the structural safety of removal process, the deformation and stress of structure were monitored, and the results of monitoring were analyzed in detail. The results show that the deformation and stress of the remaining structure are within reasonable ranges, the demolishing of National Stadium is successful.
