北京某办公楼抗震鉴定设计

[摘要] 北京某办公楼抗震鉴定设计过程中,为真实反映其实际承载力并评定可靠性,对该建筑进行两级抗震鉴定;明确A类砌体结构抗震鉴定的步骤、计算方法,并应用于该工程当中;对不满足二级抗震鉴定要求的结构,提出不同的加固方法并进行分析,根据工程的实际情况,将比较合理的加固方法应用于工程。

Seismic appraisal design of an office building in Beijing

Abstract: In the seismic appraisal and design of an office building in Beijing, in order to reflect actual bearing capacity of existing building structures and to assess its reliability, We conduct two level seismic appraisal to the building. A masonry structure seismic appraisal step, calculation method were cleared and applied in the engineering. If the structure do not meet the second level seismic appraisal requirements, different strengthening methods were put forward and analyzed. According to the practical situation, the reasonable strengthening method is applied to the engineering.
