[摘要] 阐述了砌体结构检测、鉴定及加固处理的基本方法，结合不同时期加固、加层的某砌体结构办公楼实例，根据现行规范对结构的材料强度、结构的承载力、构造措施进行了检测鉴定，对该办公楼的现状进行评估并提出了该工程的后期处理意见，为结构的正常安全使用提供依据，也为同类结构的工程鉴定和加固提供借鉴。

Identification and reinforce treatment of a multiplayer masonry building

Abstract: The basic methods of masonry structure detection,identification and reinforcement were illustrated. Based on the present codes, the material strength,bearing capacities and the construction measures were detected and identificated for an office building of masonry structure with structure reinforced and added layers in the different periods. According to the status evaluation of tlus structure, the post-processing suggestions were put forward to provide basis for the ordinary usage and provide a reference for the identification and reinforcement of similar structures.
