[摘要] 以北京市怀柔区某实验楼为例，介绍了装配整体式混凝土框架结构抗震鉴定的详细过程，对其抗震承载力做了验算与分析，得出装配式框架结构的节点连接对结构的抗震性能有很大的影响，并对结构构件的加固和节点的连接提出建议。

Seismic appraisement of the precast-monolithic reinforced concrete frame

Abstract: On the basis of the laboratory building in Huairou of Beijing, the assembly and concrete frame structure of astigmatic appraisal process was introduced in detail. The seismic capacity was also analyzed. Then it is concluded that the nodes connections of the frame structure have big influence on the seisnuc property. Finally recommendations were provided to the strengthening of structure components and node connections.
