[摘要] 中国外汇交易中心大楼是上海外滩较有建筑特色的建筑之一，具有某些巴洛克风格，采用砖（石）、木和钢混合结构。介绍了中国外汇交易中心大楼建筑特色和结构特性，以及建筑结构布置、材料性能、完损状况等检测结果。评估了大楼的安全性和抗震性能，并结合存在的问题提出相应的处理建议，为如何对保护性建筑进行检测和评估积累了经验。

Detection and safety appraisal of China Foreign Exchange Trade System Building at the Bund of Shanghai

Abstract: China Foreign Exchange Trade System Building is one of buildings with architectural feature and some of the Baroque style at the Bund of Shanghai, it is a brick stone timber and steel hybrid structure. The architectural and structural properties and layout, damages and the test results of material property were presented.  Appraise safety and seismic behavior of building, corresponding proposals to the problems of major structure have been given.  The experience how to detect and appraise protective building has been accumulated.
