[摘要] 具有独特建筑风格的保留外墙改造往往是历史保护建筑改造中的重点和难点。本文结合上海益丰洋行改扩建工程实际情况，针对历史保护建筑保留外墙基础托换、墙体抗震加固及保留外墙与内部框架、扩建新楼的连接锚固等关键技术，采用理论分析、数值模拟与现场实测等手段，取得一系列的实用技术成果。实践证明，该项技术及工艺能适应历史保护建筑改造的特点，达到对老建筑进行结构加固与保护原建筑外貌的双重需求，具有较好的实用推广价值。

Protection and reinforcement of retention outer wall in historic preservation building

Abstract: The key point in historic preservation building renovation project always is the protection and reinforcement of retention outer wall, which has the uruque architecture style. The practice of Yifeng Trading Company project was combined, and carried out the research of foundation underpinning, structural seismic reinforcement, anchoring the outer wall with intemal frame and newly constructed building, etc. By the means of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field measurement,a series of practical technology have been gained and applied in actual engineering. The practice
proves that, this technology and the correlation craft could adapt the characteristic well which the historic protection building reformation, achieving to the expected demands, and has the good practical promoted value.
