砌体结构老旧住宅抗震加固技术措施探讨

[摘要]  地震灾害发生时,房屋建筑抗震承载力不足是造成重大人员伤亡的主要原因。目前,我国范围内仍存在大量建于20世纪六七十年代的老旧住宅,其抗震能力无法满足现行抗震设防标准的要求,造成很大的安全隐患。针对砌体结构老旧住宅的特点提出了几种抗震加固技术措施,供实际工程参考和应用。

Technologies of seismic reinforcement for old residential masonry structures

Abstract: When the earthquake disaster happens, the inadequacy of building seismic bearing capacity is the main reason of causing significant casualties. At present, within the scope of our country, there are still lots of old buildings built in the sixties and seventies of last century. The seisnuc capacity can not meet the current seisnuc standards, resulting in significant security risks. In this paper, several technologies of seismic reinforcement for old residential buildings will be analyzed and discussed.  Perhaps these measures can be applied in practical engineering.
