某工程加层加固结构设计

[摘要] 结合一个在建工程加层加固的设计实例,论述了加层加固结构设计的主要步骤。采用SATWE计算软件对加层后的整体结构进行了抗震验算。根据加层后结构的层间位移、最大顶部位移、柱轴压比、柱配筋等参数,对照原结构设计给出了框架梁、框架柱的加固设计方法和施工工艺。根据桩基的静载试验数据及建筑沉降观测数据,采用桩-土共同作用理论,验算了地基基础承载力。

Structure strengthening design for adding floor of building

Abstract: Combining with design example of structure strengthening for adding floor in a project under construction, the main steps of structure strengthening design for adding floor were discussed in this paper. Using SATWE calculation software, the anti-seisnuc performance of whole structure of adding floor building was calculated. According to the maximum displacement, floor displacement, column axial compression ratio, column reinforcement parameters of adding floor building, the reinforcement of frame beam and column design method and construction technology were given by comparing with the original structure design.According to the pile static load test data and building subsidence observation data, the bearing capacity of foundation was checked by using the theory ofinteraction between pile and soil.
