[摘要] 某办公楼由于使用功能变更，需要对结构进行部分拆除与改造，按照现行国家规范进行抗震加固。根据构件加固目的选择相应的加固工艺及材料，解决原结构体系存在的局部刚度突变、扭转效应偏高的缺陷。

Seismic reinforcement design of an office building

Abstract: Due to the changes of function of the office building, it needs to be partially demolished and reconstructed, and the seisnuc reinforcement must be accordance with current national standards. The appropriate technical measures and materials were chosen to reinforce according to the reinforcement purpose of components. The local mutations of stiffness and the torsion effects of the original structural system have been successfully eliminated to meet the specification requirements.  It will be to provide a reference for seismic reinforcement design of similar building structures.
