[摘要] 通过分析加层后建筑模型的动力特性，确定需要加固的部位。经分析，原结构主要存在框架柱轴压比超限、框架柱加密区体积配箍率不足、框架梁箍筋配筋不够和构造措施偏弱等问题；对相应的部位进行抗震加固设计；最后验算加固后加层扩建结构模型的各项性能指标。

Reinforcement design of an office building

Abstract: Through analyzing the dynamic characteristics of the building model with added layer, the reinforced parts were determined. The problems of the original structure are the ultralimit axial compression ratio of the frame column, lack of the volumetric reinforcement ratio of the frame column in secure area, lack of the stirrups reinforcement ratio of the frame beam and the weak structural measures. Seismic reinforcement design of the corresponding parts was camed out. At last, various performance indexes of the building model with added layer were checked.
