(1 山东省建筑设计研究院,济南 250001;2 济南大学,济南 250022)[摘要] 介绍了内蒙古某办公楼在抗震加固设计过程中遇到的问题及解决方法。通过增设钢支撑及加大地下一层柱截面的方法,解决原结构因剪力墙设置不当,结构刚度分布不对称造成的地震作用下结构层间位移超限,扭转效应过大的问题。对承载力不满足规范要求的梁、柱采用外粘型钢法进行加固。针对加固改造工程中应注意的设计方面的问题提出建议,供类似工程设计时借鉴参考。

Because of the shear walls in existing structure on incorrect position and the unsymmetrical structural rigidity distribution, the relative storey displacement overstepped the limit of code and big torsional effect occurred under the earthquake action. The above problems were resolved by composite steel brace and increasing the section of columns of the first story underground. The beams and columns which can't meet the code requirements were strengthened with extemally bonded steel frame. Some suggestions were put forward about design, as the reference of the similar project.
