房屋与厂房建筑抗环境振动、风振与地震的基本措施

[摘要] 介绍房屋与厂房建筑抗环境振动、风振与地震的三个措施:在房屋建筑的底部,布置弹簧隔振器隔离地震中的高频激振力,布置粘滞阻尼器消耗、吸收掉地震中的低频能量;在房屋建筑的高层,布置调谐质量减振器TMD抑制地震激发的振幅。这些措施都已在抗震、抗环境振动与抗风振的实践中取得了很好的效果。火电厂汽机岛厂房A列柱,由于汽轮发电机组的分隔,横向没有梁连接,刚度很小,不能抗地震。汽轮发电机组顶台板弹性支承后,顶台板下的立柱不再属于机器动力基础,而属于厂房静力基础,便可以与A列柱组成统一的厂房结构,大大增强了A列柱的刚度,采用这种结构为欧洲某强地震区设计抗9.5度地震的机器系统与厂房结构。

Basic measures to protect bruldings and structures from environment vibration, wind-induced vibration and earthquake

Abstract: Three basic measures to protect buildings and structures from environment vibration, wind induced vibration and earthquake were introduced: at the base of the structure, helical spring elements are used to isolate high frequency vibration and viscous damping elements are used to absorb and dissipate low frequency energy; at the top of the structure, tuned mass dampers are used to restrain vibration amplitude. Columns of row A at turbine building are poor of seismic protecting due to insufficient stiffness. If spring foundation is used for a turbine generator set, the columns under the turbine generator foundation deck will be transferred from a dynanuc sub-structure into a static one, which can be coupled with the turbine building columns of both row A and row B to forma steel structure with sufficient stiffness.A turbine building protected from 9.5 degree earthquake at strong earthquake area in Europe with above mentioned measure is introduced.
