[摘要] 简要介绍了海口某办公楼的隔震设计，包括减震系数的确定，隔震支座竖向、水平向承载能力以及变形的验算，并对采用隔震结构的经济性进行了分析，可供类似工程设计参考。

Seismically isolated design of an office building in Haikou

Abstract: Seismically isolated design of an office building in Haikou was introduced. The whole process includes the determination of the energy-dissipated factor, the axial capacity, the shear capacity and the deformation checking for the rubber isolation bearing, as well as the economic analysis of the seismically isolated structure. The suggestions could be referred in practical design.
