层间隔震技术在综合交通枢纽项目中的应用

[摘要] 利用地铁上部空间进行商业开发,在国外已有不少成功案例,国内也已有相关的工程经验,但是利用同时包含地铁、铁路在内的大型交通枢纽工程的上部空间进行二次开发尚属首次。为满足地铁及铁路的限界要求,并同时解决平台上下刚度突变问题,考虑在平台上设置由水平滑移支座+普通橡胶支座+速度型粘滞阻尼器组成的组合隔震层,形成底部框架+隔震层+上部剪力墙的结构体系,通过对比隔震前后结构的地震反应,证明了这种结构体系的抗震有效性,为类似工程的结构体系选择提供参考方案。

Storey isolator technology application in integrated transportation hub

Abstract: There are many success projects that using space of above subway for commercial development in aforeign country, and there are also similar engineering experience in China, but it is first time that using space of above integrated transportation hub including the subway and railway for secondary development. In order to meet the requirement of subway and railway, and at the same time to solve the stiffness problem of mutation of the upper and lower platform, we consider setting combined isolation layer compose of sliding bearing+rubber bearings+viscous damper on the platform, forming the bottom frame+isolation layer+upper shear wall structural system.  By comparing seismic response on before and after adopting isolation technology, the aseisnuc validity of tlus structural system is proved.
