高层建筑减振耗能技术研究

[摘要] 高层建筑自振频率低,受环境振动源影响,楼层高的位置会有较为明显的低频晃动问题,降低了居住质量。针对这个问题作了探讨,提出了调谐式阻尼器的解决方案,并验证了其有效性。

Vibration damping and energy consumption research of tall building

Abstract: The natural frequency of tall building is relatively small. The upper floors will suffer low-frequency vibration when the tall building was surrounded with strong local vibration source, and the people who lived on the upper floors will feel some trouble. A solution is proposed, which is mainly about tuned mass damper. The validity is proved by theoretical model in accordance witha real tall building.
