某综合楼增设消能减震支撑的抗震加固分析与设计*

[摘要] 针对某综合办公楼竖向承载力不足及水平抗震性能较差,采用了同时增设钢柱与消能减震支撑联合加固的方法,消能减震支撑由钢支撑、粘滞阻尼器和橡胶支座组成。增加的钢柱解决了竖向承载力不足的问题,消能减震支撑有效减小了结构的扭转效应,并使得结构地震作用下水平变形减小且趋于均匀。分别讨论了多遇地震及罕遇地震作用下,消能减震建筑的附加阻尼比计算方法,作为工程设计参考。

Analysis and design on seismic strengtherung with energy dissipation bracing of integrated office brulding

Abstract: According to an integrated office building, the vertical bearing capacity is insufficient and the seismic performance is not very good, the steel column and the energy dissipation bracing were added to strengthen the structure. It shows that the steel column can solve the problem of inefficiency of the vertical bearing capacity and the energy dissipation bracing can reduce the torsion effect of the structure.  The horizontal displacements of the stories are decreased and the distribution attends to uniform among the different stories with the viscous dampers. The addition damp ratio due to the viscous dampers are calculated under the frequently and rare earthquakes separately, which can be the reference for the engineering design.
