(南京金宸建筑设计有限公司,南京 210019)[摘要] 高烈度区的高层建筑结构方案直接影响到建筑功能的可行性,常需要采取消能减震措施才能有效优化结构构件的布置和尺寸。消能减震设计方法将传统的延性抗震设计转变为通过阻尼耗能实现减震目的,通过附加合适的阻尼装置使得结构在抗震性能和经济性达到较优配置。通过软钢阻尼墙在高烈度区某工程中的应用,比较分析结构在减震前后地震作用下的反应特性,验证软钢阻尼墙的减震效果,探讨消能减震设计思路和方法。

( Nanjing Kingdom Architecture Design Co., Ltd., Nanjing 210019, China)Abstract: Because the feasibility of the construction features is been affected directly by the structural scheme of high-rise Huldings on the zone oflugh seismic precautionary intensity, energy-dissipation measures are often necessary to be applied to effectively optimize the layout and dimensions of structural elements. Damps' energy-dissipation purpose is realized by the energy-dissipation design method in the traditional ductility design, achieving the optimum configuration between the seismic performance and economy through adding suitable damping devices in buildings. Energy-dissipation design method was studied according to the application of mild-steel damper-wall, whose energy-dissipation effect been verified, in a building on the zone of lugh seismic precautionary intensity. The response characteristics of the structure of the shock absorption before and after the earthquake were compared.
