(奥雅纳工程咨询(上海)有限公司深圳分公司,深圳 518048)[摘要] 现行国家规范对超高层建筑设计的荷载、作用和变形控制,已做出了明确规定。对超过150m高度的高层建筑,还规定了按10年一遇的风荷载取值计算的顺风向与横风向结构顶点最大加速度限值。但对于按1年一遇的风荷载取值计算的结构顶点最大加速度限值,还未有明确规定。回顾了深圳东海超高层连体公寓塔楼风振舒适度分析,介绍了按照1年一遇的风荷载取值计算结构顶点最大加速度的数据准备和分析过程,并对加速度限值的选取考虑做了说明。

There is still an acceleration limit( along-wind and cross-wind) at top of buildings stipulated for tall buildings of height over 150m due to the wind with 10 years retum period. So far, there is no such acceleration limit for the wind with one-year return period. Taking the opportunity of the wind induced comfortability study for the Shenzhen East Pacific high-rise service apartment linked towers, the data preparation and the method of the analysis on the acceleration at the top of the structure due to the wind with one-year retum period and the adoption of the acceleration limit criteria were revisited.
