脱硫塔结构有限元分析

[摘要] 脱硫塔体结构开孔较多,内部构造繁琐,受力复杂,采用传统壳体计算理论公式难以准确求解壳体的受力状态。因此,遵照脱硫塔施工图纸,采用ANSYS软件对塔体及其内、外主要相连构件进行了三维精确建模。针对整体结构进行模拟实际受力状态的有限元分析,实现其各部位的强度、刚度及稳定性验算。

Finite element analysis of the flue gas desulfurization tower structure

Abstract: Behavior of the flue gas desulfurization( FGD)  tower structure is too complicated to be deduced by typical design equations because of the existing of opening holes and complex design details. Based on practical design project, the accurate 3-D finite element analysis model of a FGD tower structure is brult by software ANSYS. Strength, stiffness and stability behavior of the tower structure are checked considering the gravity, wind, earthquake loadings, and so on.
