Discussion on specified horizontal force and torsional drift ratio calculation method

Abstract: Based on the new anti-seismic code and high-rise building code, specified horizontal force and its relevant prowsions are provided. The method of calculation process of torsional story-drift ratio and the related effects were discussed. Application of specified horizontal force was challenged, and explanation combined with a project was given.
