北京保利望京国际广场T2单体结构设计

[摘要] 北京保利望京国际广场,I2单体建筑高度78. 9m,采用框架-剪力墙结构体系。项目具有首层、2层外框架柱为钢筋混凝土斜柱,建筑两侧分别设置10层和7层通高共享式中庭,单片幕墙悬挂高度最大33m, 4~8层在中庭部分设有悬挑式螺旋钢楼梯等特点。介绍T2单体结构设计的若干问题,包括结构选型、基础设计、斜柱设计等问题的分析与处理。

Structure design of Beijing Wangjing Poly International Plaza T2

Abstract: Beijing Wangjing Poly Intemational Plaza, T2 is 78.9 meters high, and the structural system is frame-shear wall structure. Construction features: the first and second floor of the outer frame columns are reinforced concrete inclined column. Both sides of the building are respectively provided with 10 floor and 7 floor through high sharing atrium, the glass screen wall hanging height maximum is 33m. Fourth to eighth floor are provided with a cantilevered spiral steel stairs. The T2 structural design, including the structure type selection, foundation design, inclined column design and some other problems analysis and processing were introduced.
