(上海市建工设计研究院有限公司,上海 200050)[摘要] 镇江财富广场为7度(0. 15g)抗震设防。工程平面复杂,转换位置高(在6层)。进行了转换方案的比较,确定采用转换梁的转换方案。进行了抗震性能化设计。采用型钢混凝土转换梁及转换柱提高抗震性能。转换层上部两层采用型钢混凝土剪力墙,以满足性能化设计要求。

It's a very complex layout project with a transformation floor on high elevation in the 6th floor. The plan with transform beam was taken after comparing all possibilities of transformation plans. The design of seismic performance was optimized. The steel reinforced concrete transform beams and columns improve the seismic performance. In order to meet the requirements of performance-based seismic design, reinforced concrete shear wall was set on the two floors above the transformation floor.
