(上海弘城国际建筑设计有限公司,上海 200082)[摘要] 宁波维科办公楼为平面不规则的超限高层结构。针对平面楼板开洞、平面凹进、扭转不规则等主要超限特点,通过多模型、多软件的比较分析、弹性时程分析及在三水准下对关键构件进行抗震性能化分析,并针对结构中的薄弱环节采取相应的对策和措施。分析结果表明,结构具有充分的抗震能力。

According to the out-of-codes characteristics of the project, such as floor with opening,floor backoff and torsional irregularity,comparison and analysis based on multi-model using different analysis programs were applied as well as elastic time-lustor}r analysis and the performance-based seismic design of the three-level fortification. Proper treatments and measures were also used for the weakness of the structure. The results show that the structure has sufficient seismic capacity.
