(上海现代建筑设计集团工程建设咨询有限公司,上海 200070)[摘要] 江阴市某超限超高层建筑高243m,采用了框架.核心筒结构体系,外框架采用型钢混凝土柱。简要介绍了该工程的特点和结构布置,并系统地阐述了结合场地安评报告和风洞试验进行的抗震性能化设计及抗风设计。文中探讨的相应的设计方法可为该类结构的设计提供参考。

It adopts the frame-core wall structure with steel reinforced concrete columns used in the periphery. The structural characteristic and structural arrangement of this project were briefly introduced in the paper. Besides, the performance-based seismic design and the wind-resistant design, with the help of the seismic safety evaluation report for engineering site and the wind tunnel test, were elaborated. The relevant design method discussed would provide a reference for the similar structure.
