(奥雅纳工程咨询有限公司,上海 200031)[摘要] 重庆“嘉陵帆影”超高层项目共有三个塔楼,其中二期超高层塔楼总高度440m,是目前中国西南地区第一高楼。结构中低区采用带有腰桁架组合的钢管混凝土外框架+钢筋混凝土组合核心筒+伸臂桁架,高区采用带有帽桁架的钢框架+钢支撑。结构沿竖向设置5道腰桁架和一道帽桁架以及4道桁架;为减少墙厚和自重,核心筒底部加强区采用组合钢板剪力墙,底部六层以下采用大直径钢管混凝土柱,6—83层采用方钢管混凝土柱,83层以上采用箱型截面的钢柱。对结构进行了弹性及弹塑形动力分析,各项分析结果均满足规范及抗震审查专家组的要求,整体结构安全可靠,经济合理。在弹性和弹塑性动力时程分析中,共采用14组时程波,以确保抗震性能要求的安全可靠。

( Arup Intemational Consultants( Shanghai) Ltd., Shanghai 200031, China)Abstract: The Chongqing super high rise building project has three towers, tower 2 is 440m tall and it will become one of the tallest buildings in southwest China. The tower cleverly adopts the combined lateral stability system of reinforced concrete core and perimeter CFT-column-beam moment frame, linked by 5 stories belt tmsses and 4 stories outriggers. In order to reduce the tluckness of core wall to comply with the strict code axial- force-ratio requirements, composite steel plate wall( CSPW) was adopted in the core walls at the tower bottom. The seismic design of tower has satisfied the strict requirement of expert panel review. The design had considered 14 sets of elastic and elasto-plastic time history analysis, demonstrating structural safety and satisfying the requirement of seismic performance.
