(1 浙江工业大学建筑工程学院,杭州 310014;2 浙江工业大学建筑规划设计研究院有限公司,杭州 310014)[摘要] 通过对不同模型进行地震加速度非线性时程分析,观察了底层内部框架外围砖砌体结构农居各构件在地震作用下的应力变化,并指出门窗洞口角点位置、窗间墙、窗肚墙及底层框架柱是其抗震薄弱环节,探讨了圈梁和构造柱对房屋抗震能力的提高作用。研究成果为该类农居抗震性能的进一步研究及抗震加固提供参考。

(1 College of Civil Engineering, Zhejiang University of Technology, Hangzhou 310014, China; 2 Architectural and Planning Design&Research Institute Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Uruversity of Technology, Hangzhou 310014, China)Abstract: By the FEM analysis on the elastoplastic dynamic about a rural housing with hybrid structure, we observedstress variation of the rural housing under the earthquake excitation, and found that the comers of the doors and windows, walls between windows, the window belly wall and columns of bottom frame are the weak parts, and analyzed the ring beams and constructional columns' enhancement of the house' aseismic capacity. The results have certain value for fruther study and seismic reinforcement.
