杭州国大·城市广场五层地下室深基坑围护结构设计

杨学林,曹国强,周平槐,童磊(浙江省建筑设计研究院, 杭州 310006)[摘要]国大·城市广场地处杭州市最繁华的商业中心武林广场地段,地下室五层,基坑开挖深度达28.~32.m,为目前浙江地区软土地基中最深的建筑基坑工程。基坑周边建筑物、地下构筑物、市政管线密集,场地内存在大量废弃的预制桩和钻孔灌注桩需处理,同时还需要提出将老地下室的一部分凿除后与新的五层地下室连接的多种工艺。详细介绍了五层地下室深基坑围护结构的设计思路,各种疑难问题的技术处理对策,并利用有限元分析计算了开挖过程中对相邻延安路下穿地铁盾构隧道的影响,可供类似工程设计参考。[关键词]软土地基;五层地下室;超深基坑;围护结构;地下连续墙;盾构保护中图分类号:TU 941文献标识码:A文章编号:1002-848X(2012)08-0094-05Design of deep foundation pit support for five-storey basement under Guoda City Square in HangzhouYang Xuelin, Cao Guoqiang, Zhou Pinghuai, Tong Lei( Zhejiang Province Institute of Architectural Design and Research, Hangzhou 310006, China)Abstract: Guoda City Square is located at Wulin Square, the downtown district of Hangzhou. The basement, encircled by crowded buildings, underground structures, and municipal pipelines, has five stories, and the excavation depth is 28.~32.m which is the deepest soft soil foundation pit in Zhejiang area. There are lots of abandoned precast piles and csat-in-site piles which must be handled. Moreover part of the old close basement must be chiseled off in order to connect the new basement. Design method of this five-story basement is presented, including those technical measures to all difficult problems.
