兰州红楼时代广场超限高层结构设计

摘要]兰州红楼时代广场地下3层,地上56层,结构高度245.60m,采用“矩形钢管混凝土柱-钢梁-钢筋混凝土楼板-钢骨混凝土核心筒”结构体系。通过对比分析,裙房和塔楼之间不设缝,设置2道加强层,伸臂桁架和腰桁架均采用普通钢支撑。采用SATWE,ETABS和MIDAS/Gen等软件进行了小震弹性计算,并比较了安评报告与规范不同的动参数取值所对应的不同结果。结果表明,结构的周期比、层间位移角、楼板舒适度等均满足规范要求。进行弹性动力时程分析时选用七条地震波。核心筒与外框架之间沉降差异会在平面梁中产生较大的附加应力。对屋顶斜柱的三种典型节点进行了的有限元分析结果表明,节点应力较小,没有出现应力集中现象。

Design on out-of-code high-rise buildings of Honglou Times Square in Lanzhou

Abstract: Honglou Times Square in Lanzhou comprises three levels of basement and 56 stories above grade. It’s 245.60m high. The structure system are composed by concrete-filled rectangular steel tube columns steel beams, concrete floors and steel reinforced concrete core, without seismic joint between the tower and the podium. Two strengthened-stories with outriggers and belt trusses are installed which adopt ordinary steel braces. Ground motion parameters from the seismic hazard report for this site and from the code are compared, also do the results accordingly. Programs such as SATWE, ETABS and MIDAS/Gen were used to analyze the structure performance under small earthquake and elastic time-history action by seven seismic waves. The results show that the period ratio, inter-story drift ratios, comfort requirement of floors and so on, are satisfied the limits of the code. Additional stress will be caused by the settlement difference between the tube and frame. Moreover, three typical declining-column nodes were analyzed by the finite element method, and accordingly they are at low stress level.
