杭州萧山国际机场T3航站楼钢结构屋盖设计

摘要]杭州萧山国际机场第二国内航站楼(T3航站楼)是杭州机场从大型机场向区域性枢纽机场转变的标志。其屋面体型复杂,需通过风洞试验确定其体型系数,并与规范中的类似结构作出对比。屋盖悬挑长度较大,指廊处网架屋盖外沿距框架柱边超过25m, 通过设置斜向摇摆柱减小其内力和竖向位移,进而减小网架厚度以满足建筑外形。主楼处用三角形钢管桁架、摇摆柱、侧向刚架形成复杂空间整体组合结构,控制住了钢屋盖在风荷载作用下的侧向位移。设计对由风荷载产生的边柱拔力做了综合分析,采取了相关的构造措施。结构总体计算使用PMSAP程序,对构件重要节点使用ANSYS程序进行大样分析。

Steel roof structure design of the T3 Terminal of Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport

Abstract: The No.2 domestic terminal (T3 Terminal) of Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport is a symbol of the conversion from a large airport to a regional hub airport. The shape coefficient of complex roof was decided by the wind tunnel test which is different to the standard. The cantilever length from the space grid roof outer edge to the frame columns is larger than 25m, the sway columns are used to reduce the internal force and the vertical displacement of the space grid, and the thickness of the space grid is reduced to meet the architectural appearance. The triangle steel pipe trusses, the sway columns and the lateral rigid frames compose a complex combined space structure,which controls the lateral displacement of the steel roof acted by the wind. The design analyzed the uplift force under wind load of the side columns, and took the relevant construction measures.The software PMSAP was selected to carry on the overall structure analysis, and the software ANSYS to carry on the sample analysis of important node.
