基于性能的抗震加固方法在框架结构中的应用*

摘要]对于抗震构造措施不满足现行规范的既有钢筋混凝土结构,采用传统方法加固不便于工程实施。以某医疗建筑为例,介绍了基于性能的抗震加固设计思路及采取消能减震技术提高抗震性能的方法。主要针对结构设防目标和设计原则、阻尼器合理布置方案及减震效果等问题进行了探讨。研究认为:提出的抗震加固设计方法更为经济合理,消能减震结构的抗震性能明显提高时,抗震构造要求可适当降低;合理布置阻尼器不仅可以降低水平剪力、层间变形,还可以控制结构的扭转反应。

Application of performance-based seismic retrofit for a frame building

Abstract: It is inconvenient for RC structures of which seismic measures are incomplete to be seismically retrofitted using traditional techniques. A medical building was taken as an example to illustrate the idea of performance-based seismic retrofit. The idea made use of nonlinear viscous damper to improve seismic behavior of structure. The problems including arrangement of viscous damper, reduction of seismic behavior and so on were chiefly discussed. The results show that performance-based seismic retrofit idea is economical and appropriate for structures whose seismic measures are incomplete. Seismic measures of such structures could reduce compatibly while seismic behavior improved obviously. Optimized arrangement of viscous dampers could not only decrease seismic shear and interstory drift, but also reduce torsional response of structures.
