预应力混凝土小箱梁受力特性试验研究

摘要]为检验小箱梁设计的合理性,对一根长约30m的预应力混凝土小箱梁进行了单梁足尺试验。试验采用预制混凝土块和部分砝码进行加载,测量了试验梁跨中底面和侧面的混凝土应变及底面部分钢筋的应变。研究结果表明:试验梁的受力变形过程分为弹性变形阶段、开裂过程阶段和完全开裂阶段;通过布置连续应变片可以找出初始开裂的位置,预应力混凝土梁在加载弯矩作用下的开裂是一个过程;在设计承载力作用下,试验梁远未达到破坏,裂缝最大宽度为0.20mm,卸载后裂缝基本闭合。

Experimental study on the mechanical characteristics of a pre-stressed small concrete box girder

Abstract: In order to examine the rationality of the design of small concrete box girder, the full-scale experiment was conducted on an about 30m length pre-stressed small concrete box girder. Pre-cast concrete blocks and some small weights were used in the loading, the concrete strain on the bottom and sides as well as the bottom steel strain were measured. The results indicate that the deformation procedure of the specimen can be divied into elastic deformation stage, crack procedure stage and fully cracked stage. The position of crack can be found by continuously-arranged strain gauges. The cracking of pre-srtressed concrete girder under loading moment is a process. The specimen is far away from destruction under the designed bearing capacity with the maximum width of crack being about 0.20mm, which can be closed when unloaded.
