[摘要] 近年来，基于性能的抗震设计理论、方法及应用越来越广泛，有关静力弹塑性理论的研究与工程实践也在增加。阐述了关于静力弹塑性分析思想的由来与发展及其基本概念，简要回顾了静力弹塑性发展的过程和国内外研究状况，总结了现阶段研究的不足并提出新的研究目内容和抗震设计方法。

Advances in the method of Pushover analysis

Abstract: In recent years, the theory, method and application of performance-based seisnuc design are more and more extensive, meanwhile the research and engineering practice of the static elastic-plastic theory increase as well.  The origin, development and basic concepts of Pushover analysis were involved. The developing process and research status of the analysis of the static elastic-plastic at home and abroad were reviewed briefly.  Then the deficiency of research status is summarized and the new research contents are put forward.
