钢结构偏心支撑+钢筋混凝土框架结构在高烈度区工程中的应用

[摘要] 全钢框架结构中设置偏心支撑的结构体系比较适用于抗震设防高烈度区,但受业主的传统认识、防火防腐问题和造价偏高、结构设计师的设计习惯等因素的影响,全钢结构房屋的应用受到一定程度限制。某高烈度区高层停车楼,采用了钢结构偏心支撑(消能梁为钢梁)+钢筋混凝土框架结构体系,对其进行静力弹塑性推覆分析,表明这种混合体系有较好的抗震性能,对于高烈度区的多层或高度偏低的高层建筑,具有很好的适用性。

Application of the structural system of steel eccentric bracing and reinforced concrete frame in buildings on zones of high seismic precautionary intensity

Abstract: All-steel-structural frame set eccentrically braced structural systems are more suitable for buildings in the zone of lugh seisnuc precautionary intensity. But by impact of traditional knowledge of the owners, fire anti-corrosion problems, the high cost, and the engineers' design habits and other factors, the application of all-steel-structural building has been somewhat limited. However, the system of steel eccentric bracing( the energy dissipation beam is steel)  and reinforced concrete frame, which is applied in a high-rise parking building on the zone of high seismic precautionary intensity that through the static elastic-plastic Pushover analysis of wluch to reveal good seismic performance of this hybrid structural system, is proved to be very suitable for multi-storey or low-side high-rise buildings on such zone.
