上海嘉定保利大剧院结构抗震设计分析

[摘要] 主要介绍上海嘉定保利大剧院的超限高层结构的抗震设计与分析。因剧院建筑功能的要求造成楼板大开洞和楼板错层,加上本工程立面大穿洞的特殊建筑造型使整体结构大致被分为三个弱连接的结构单元,另外部分建筑墙体采用现浇装饰性清水混凝土墙,给整体结构设计造成了较多的不规则和非常规的结构设计难点。采用了SATWE.PMSAP.SAP2000和PUSH等多种软件,建立了多种计算模型,并计算了多种工况下的地震效应,分析了这些结构设计难点对整体结构抗震性能的影响,具有一定的技术创新,可供今后类似剧院建筑结构和其他复杂结构设计参考。

Seismic design and analysis of Shanghai Jiading Poly Theatre

Abstract: Introduction and analysis of the seismic design of Shanghai Jiading Poly Theatre were offered, which is an out-of-code high-rise building. Due to functional requirements, some floors in the theater building have big holes and some are staggered. Furthermore, some huge holes go through the building facades because of the special arclutectural style. As a result, the whole structure is divided into three weakly connected structural units. Additionally, some parts of the partitions are built by cast-in-situ fair-faced concrete wall, which brings more difficulties in the irregular and unusual structural desigrung. To analyze the influence of all the above irregulars and unusual difficulties to the building's overall seismic performance, a variety of softwares, such as SATWE, PMSAP, SAP2000 and PUSH, were used.  Besides, several models were established and effects under different seismic conditions were calculated. There are some techrucal innovations, which can offer references to future structural design of sinular theatres or other complex buildings.
