[摘要] 以某超限高层为例，介绍了性能化设计思想在结构设计中的运用。提出用结构弹塑性变形来判别结构的性能目标，并着重阐述发现结构薄弱部位的设计方法，以更好地把握结构的整体性能。

Application of performance-based design for an out-of-codes tall building

Abstract: Taking an out-of-tall building for example, the method of performance-based design was introduced during structure design. The design method which is based on elastic-plastic deformation of buildings can discover weakness and improve structure performance.
