[摘要] 公寓式办公楼属于超限结构，主要表现为平面凹凸不规则。运用SATWE和MIDAS分别建立模型进行了对比分析。对结构在多遇地震，设防烈度地震，罕遇地震作用下的性能表现做了分析，结果都满足规范的要求。同时提出了相应的设计措施，使结构能实现预期的性能目标。

Seismic design of apartment-style office building of Hefei New Century Center

Abstract: The apartment building is ultra-limit structure( mainly for the flat bump irregular). In contrast analysis of building, SATWE and MIDAS computer models were built. Structure performances under frequent earthquake, precautionary intensity earthquake and rare earthquake were analyzed, the results met the specification. Series of relevant were suggested to make sure the performance object can be well realized.
