福州某高层办公楼抗震设计

[摘要] 针对福州某高层框筒结构,提出了在众值烈度和基本烈度情况下的抗震性能,阐述了在小震和中震情况下的设计要求。采用SATWE及MIDAS软件对结构在小震情况下进行了计算,结果吻合较好。经过对该结构进行计算分析,结构各主要技术指标在小震作用下均满足规范的要求,结构关键构件在中震作用下可以满足预期的抗震性能要求。并对结构关键构件抗震措施进行了加强,可以保证结构整体的安全性。

Seismic design onahigh-rise building in Fuzhou

Abstract: For some tall frame-core wall structure in Fuzhou, the seismic performance in the situation of multi-value intensity and basic intensity was put forward, the design requirements in the small earthquake and medium earthquake were elaborated. Calculation and analysis on the structure in small earthquake were done using SATWE and MIDAS software, and the results coincide well. The results of calculation and analysis show that the main technical indicators can meet the code requirements under the small earthquake, and key components can meet the expected seismic performance requirements under medium earthquakes. Key components are strengthened with seismic measures, which can guarantee the safety of structure.
