(中国建筑设计研究院上海分院,上海 200120)[摘要] 财富广场采用钢筋混凝土部分框支剪力墙结构。采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,验证不同水准下结构及构件的抗震性能,包括多遇地震弹性计算、弹性时程分析、设防烈度地震弹性及不屈服计算、罕遇地震分析。最后提出了相应的设计措施,使结构能实现预期的性能目标。

Performance based seismic design was used. Structure and component performance were verified under different levels, including elastic analysis under frequent earthquake, elastic time history analysis, un-yielding and elastic analysis under precautionary intensity earthquake, analysis of rare earthquake. Series of relevant were suggested to make sure the performacce object can be well realized.
