(中国建筑设计研究院上海分院,上海 200120)[摘要] 无锡深港国际A1地块甲A写字楼为钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构。本工程高层塔楼部分存在楼板不连续、大悬挑、扭转不规则、刚度突变等多项不规则类型。针对工程的上述特点,重点探讨了结构布置、抗震性能设计目标、竖向地震作用、施工过程模拟等问题。通过静力弹塑性分析找出结构的薄弱部位,并采取有针对性的抗震加强措施来实现结构的抗震性能目标,为类似工程提供借鉴。

The lugh-rise tower involves partially discontinuous floor, large cantilever, torsional irregularity larger stiffness mutation and a number ofirregular items. According to the characteristics of the project,the structure arrangement,performance-based seismic design and calculation analysis were discussed. By using Pushover analysis,the weak part of the structure was found and the corresponding measures were adopted. Provide a reference for similar engineering projects.
