(1 香港华艺设计顾问(深圳)有限公司,深圳 518031; 2 广西大学土木建筑工程学院,南宁 530004)[摘要] 深圳某高层住宅,结构高度为99. 7m,采用部分框支剪力墙结构体系,属平面和竖向均不规则的超限结构。根据结构特点设置各类构件的性能目标,通过中小震设计和大震复核的思路,尤其是楼板性能化设计,结果表明工程能满足拟定的性能目标。

Performance objectives of various components were set up according to structural characteristics. Based on the idea of frequent and medium earthquake desi~p and rare earthquake check, especially on performance-based design on the floor. The results show that the project can meet the proposed performance objectives.
